  2. I can't find liquid starch where I live (Australia). Is there a substitute?

  3. Hi Michelle stein-evers frank, you can make your own liquid starch. I googled it just now and it's combination of water and cornstarch and some oils. If you google it, you will see many links that give a recipe and there are even some video tutorials out there.
